The ECO4 scheme, launched in April 2022 and running until March 2026, offers £1BN of grant funding per year that does not have to be repaid. This represents a significant opportunity for many people.

According to the Energy Saving Trust, heating accounts for approximately 60% of our annual energy bills. Installing a new boiler can save you a considerable amount of money on your energy bill, as new boilers are more efficient and require less energy to generate the same amount of heat as your old boiler.

All of our boiler installations are completed by approved and trained Gas Safe registered engineers.

Your house should have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of E, F, or G.

If your property is heated by mains gas non-condensing, it can be upgraded to gas condensing boilers. For first-time central heating, the upgrade will be to mains gas if a gas meter was installed prior to 1 April 2022. In all other circumstances, the upgrade will be to Air Source Heat Pump for electric, coal, oil, or LPG heated properties.
